> Subscription Pricing And Deleted Tests

Do tests that I delete count against the alloted 75 (level1A)? I'm asking because if I upload a test and realize that I made a mistake or decide that I want to change a question so I have to upload again that would eat up the number of tests I'm allowed.

Tests only count when they have been taken by a student. If you delete the test before anyone takes it, it will not count against your limit.

Is there a place where I can see how many tests I have used and how many I have left? I'm in the 30 day trial and I don't see anything that tells me about the subscription.

Also is it possible to purchase more tests without bumping up to the next pricing level....for example level 1A has 75 tests and I reach the end of the school year and I need to administer another 2 or 3 tests. Can I purchase another 5 or so without having to "fork out" another $100 just for 3 more tests?

And what constitutes a "year"? the school year or from the subscription creation? If I purchased level 1a now with only a few months left in the school year, could I in August purchase another level 1A or do I have to wait until the other subscription runs out? And if it is possible to purchase another subscription of the same level before the other one runs out, do the number of tests left on the old subscription that hasn't ended yet "roll over" into the new one? Sorry for all the questions. I am thinking about switching to you from a free service offered by my text book that isn't working well and I would be paying for this out of my own pocket.

When you are logged into the Instructor Center, click the "Account Information" link on the left. This will show you how many tests you have left and your expiration date. Your subscription is good for one year from the date you purchase it--it is not related to the school year.

I'll need to check with our sales staff on your other questions--I'll get back to you shortly.

Did we ever get an anwser to the roll-over question and purchasing of "a few" additional tests at the end of the year?

Thanks,
Randy

If you run out of tests before your year expires, you can either purchase another certificate number and start another calendar year, or upgrade to another level. The amount of time you have left on your original certificate number generally determines which option would be better for you.
