> State Standard Info Field, Display

I work with a team that is entering content into ExamView 6 remotely, then sending me the *.bnk files for review.

This team works with WinXP 32-bit.

I work with Win Vista 64-bit and also ExamView 6.

The problem I'm encountering is that the remote team is entering data into the State Standard info field, but when I open the file, I don't see anything in that field. The content for the National Standard appears, but the content that should appear in the State Standard is not appearing.

Any idea about what could be the issue?

Many Thanks for any assistance you can offer. I don't know how many files I'm allowed to attach, but I'll try to attach the *.bnk file, a screenshot from my system, and a screenshot from the remote production system.

What state is the content be aligned to? You will only see State alignments if the state you have listed under preferences in ExamView matches the state which has been entered for the question alignment.
