	I'm familiar with importing questions but received this error. Reading <file name>.rtf ERROR: RTF paste failed (error = -4). Import aborted. Any clue what needs to be fixed? Thanks.

	It's most likely a formatting error. If you email your RTF file to support@fscreations.com, we can look at it and let you know.

	i have the same problem, how can I solve it? I followed all the steps carefully.

	There may be some extraneous coding involved that cannot be seen. Please copy and paste the .rtf data into Notepad to get rid of the unseen formatting.
