| QuickTake 2.0 now features a completely updated interface and supports both CPS IR and Gen2 RF pads. Using the CPS RF pad system, numeric responses can now be sent to QuickTake. Users of QuickTake can send an email to ExamView.Support@einstruction.com to request a free upgrade to QuickTake 2.0. |

| How long does it normally take to reply for the upgrade? I sent a reply a few weeks ago and resent a request this morning. Our books are brand new, but I have version 1.1.1 for some reason. The announcement about 2.0 was in 2005, it appears. |
