	I know I have seen this posted in the past, but cannot find on forum. We are unable to view the help menu on EV 4.1 (but can view on EV 6.0). Can you please tell me the fix? We will be running both versions until all teachers are trained....the two versions are housed in separate folders. Thanks.

	The only problem I am aware of with the help is that if you are running the software from a network, Microsoft has released a Windows update that doesn't allow you to view the contents of the help file. Could this be what you are referring to?
