Problem Importing ExamView 4.0 Files Into Cps

I hope someone out there can help me. I have created some questions using ExamView 4.0 and tried to import the question bank as an xml file into CPS. When I did, I received this error:
An unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will be sut down immediately. java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError. When doing your import of an XML generated by ExamView, make sure you choose to import ExamView XML files. If you choose the CPS XML file option during the import process you will receive an error message as described in your original post. If this was the cause of the problem, please let us know and we will look into the situation further.

I went back and made sure that I chose ExamView xml. I still received the same error message. Would you like to see the file I generated using ExamView to see if I made a mistake? Thanks for your help.
