I am using ExamView 5.1 for Mac and publishing the tests and folders to my idisk. Up until yesterday, I have always received an email of the test results.
However, today, I have noticed that after I take the test and the "Your test results have been sent to emailaddress@domain.com. At this time, you can quit your browser or link to another page," there is no email of the scoring report being generated. I have published three different tests and I set each one to report to a different email address. None of the emails are being generated. I used my school address, gmail address and a hotmail address. I have confirmed that mail can be sent and received through all three accounts, so it is not an email client issue. Does anyone have any information? Scott |

Unfortunately we have had reports this week of a problem that caused a lapse in the emailed reports, and if any lost information is irretrievable. The service is currently working flawlessly.
I advise you to use LAN testing or LMS testing for any serious assessment, as HTML testing is the least secure method that is offered for serious assessments. Many people use HTML tests for simple reviews and quizzes because of it's convenience, accessibility, and informality. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. |

I just posted some internet/web based pre-tests for my students on my site and am also observing a problem with the email scores.
Is the URL for test results processing still http://score.ExamView.com/cgi-bin/results.cgi Is there something I can do to put the results.cgi script on my website so I don't have to rely on the http://score.ExamView.com/cgi-bin/results.cgi website to process the results? Any information would be appreciated. Not getting the results via email is a serious problem. |

So, it's May, and it's happening again. On the 18th and 19th, my results came back just fine, quick and accurate. Today, the 20th, I got nothing all morning, then a result showed up at about 11:30 am.
Are this morning's results floating around in e-mail limbo somewhere, just waiting to show up, or will I have to get those students to re-take that exam? |

I apologize - there was a problem with the email system late on the 19th that was corrected by the afternoon of the 20th. Normally any missing email results mean the students will have to retake the test. However, due to the system issue, there may be a backlog that is being sent through the mail protocol as quickly as possible.
With the heavier use at this time of year, it would not be unusual for there to be some email delays. If you have not yet received all your test results, though, it is unlikely that they will be delivered. Unfortunately, anyone whose results have not arrived will need to retake your tests. |

I am using Desktop PC, I cant get email score result. So what is problem here?

Vinnex, are you still not receiving email scores? Are you able to receive other emails at the email address you specified? Is it possible that the emails from our server are going to a spam folder?
If this is still an issue, I would advise you to call us at 888-333-4988! |
