When I installed the Instructor software for Quiz Show, I included a password. Now that I need to change student names, I can't because I forgot my password. I know, Admin 101. I only have about six to keep track of and yet I can't remember this one.
Is there anyway to delete it from within the application so I can add a new one? If not, can I re-install over the existing software without losing the student database?

Can you please send an email to support@einstruction.com from a school email address and supply a school phone number. So we can verify you are an instructor and not a student.

A reply was sent to your hotmail account but it bounced back to us.

I don't feel quite as bad as the rest - I inherited a position that supports this program (QuizShow - Mac v1.0) - so I never actually had the admin password. Kindly send me instructions on how to reset it so I can access the Utilities...Thanks!
