Open the test. From the File Menu, choose Export, as an ExamView Question Bank.
Repeat this with each test, giving each Bank a unique name.
Create a new test.
To combine all questions, choose All Questions from the Select menu. Choose all of the banks that you just created. With older versions, I think, you will have to Select one Bank at a time and add the questions.
You can also select the questions, by other means. When I combine create a test from a large Question Bank (or Banks) I like to Select While Viewing.
