| I'm familiar with importing questions but received this error. Reading <file name>.rtf ERROR: RTF paste failed (error = -4). Import aborted. Any clue what needs to be fixed? Thanks. |

| It's most likely a formatting error. If you email your RTF file to support@fscreations.com, we can look at it and let you know. |

| There may be some extraneous coding involved that cannot be seen. Please copy and paste the .rtf data into Notepad to get rid of the unseen formatting. |
