> Show Equation (only If

I created a questions that asks "Which of these equations is linear?". I want the correct answer to give one of the following
y = mx + b
ax + by = c
x = a
y = a
y - y1 = m(x = x1)

I created equations of each type using Insert/Equation and I used the "Show equation (only if)" box with r1=#.

All of the equations show up every time. I only want one equation to show up. How can I fix this?
