I've noticed that whenever I have an RTF file with images that those images are converted to a 256 color bitmat whenever I send them through the Import Utility. Is there a way to fix this? I have question banks that I share with other teachers and it looks terrible when they import to this few colors. Also, when I then import the bank into CPS, the image look terrible. Thanks!

I've tested this and see the same thing you have mentioned. I have spoken with another representative here and he says that the pictures are hit or miss for importing. I would advise adding the pictures after the import has completed. Sorry about the inconvenience.

I respectfully disagree that it is "hit and miss." it happens every time. However, I happen to have a copy of the version 5 of the import utility and it imports the pictures as a metafile at a better quality of picture. So, it appears that it is a programming bug in version 6. Maybe the programmers can go back and look at the code for version 5 and see how it works and possibly copy and paste that code into version 6. For now I will use the version 5 import utility until version 6 can be fixed.

I have submitted this as an enhancement request for the software.
