The first question is static. It illustrates a method of graphing piece-wise functions in general. The left or right bound is determined by the (sqr(x-right)/sqr(x-right)) or (sqr(left-x)/sqr(left-x)). I designed it in response to the post in General Questions. I haven't used it with ExamView before. I do use it with Geometer's Sketchpad. While I haven't tried making a dynamic bound, I'm sure it would be easy enough. The other questions are dynamic. I use them in my calculus class.
